Overview: Join EchoWright Solutions as an IT Systems Analyst to help design, implement, and optimize our clients’ IT infrastructure. You will analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security.
Tasks:
- Assess clients’ IT systems and infrastructure
- Develop and implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals
- Document system configurations and procedures
Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, servers, and security practices
- Experience with system integration and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
